The Characteristics of Low Voltage Power Cable

Application:
Low voltage power cable can be produced and supplied according to IEC60502,also can manufacture the products that are based on BS and other standards. In addition, under customers’ requirement,we can design and manufacture the products that have special performance. The power cable are used in fixed laying on transmission and distribution electrical lines of 50HZ AC rated voltage up to 6kv.
Standard:
The product implement the standards GB/T5023, equivalent to IEC60 227. And it can also be made complying with ASTM, DIN, BS standards etc.
Advantage:
Excellent electric and mechanical characteristics Best Resistance chemical corrosion and heat-ageing,environment stress and flame-retardant Simple in structure,Convenient to use Reduce costs
FAQ:
Which kind of cable used in electrical construction?
The scope of work is the laying, connecting, testing and commissioning of low voltage power cables, including all cable supports, cables, cable trays, clamps and connectors. Manufacturers who regularly purchase cable and wire products of the required type and grade from the World Health Organization whose products have been used satisfactorily in similar service for a period of not less than 5 years. Cables shall be standardized to the local standards of the National Electrical Manufacturers Association or any other recognized standard.
What is difference between LV cable and HV cable?
According to the different voltage levels, cables are habitually divided into weak current cables 450 up to 750V, low voltage cables 0.6/1kV, medium voltage 3-35kV, and high voltage 35-110kv, and ultra-high voltage 110-750kV. Low-voltage cable using ordinary PVC and cross-linked polyethylene can be produced, low-voltage has a cross-linked and ordinary distinction, while the medium and high-voltage are not all cross-linked cable, 6kv-35kv using three layers of co-extruded, high-density cross-linked polyethylene production.
